( in order to have a better performance and help their bodies to tolerate the higher-than-average load)

Stretching for those who are dancing or doing artistic sports and
wish to learn high level flexibility moves (e.g. frontal split) -
with the right technique and without injuries
ABOUT
As a flexibility coach my main goal is to show everyone the right training techniques, so that they can develop their muscles in a safe way and decrease the likelihood of a possible injury.
I had to learn the hard way that stretching without decent knowledge and performing extreme elements without proper preparation can be dangerous and leads to damages.
I furthermore would like to call the attention on how important it is to include mobility training into our everyday lives. It doesn't matter if you have those "tight" muscles because of your work or a regular sports activity. Flexibility training has numerous advantages for everyone - bigger range of motion, increased body awareness, better performance - just to name a few.
