The present Privacy Notice contains the information related to the services available via www.stretchlife.hu webpage (hereinafter: “Webpage”) of Tímea Wölfling sole traider (hereinafter: “Service provider” or “Data controller”). The present Privacy Notice deals with the data processing related to the services available via the Webpage under the “services” menu as well as provides information about the data processing related to presence of the Data Controller’s social media platforms.
Our Privacy Notice for the use of our Website does not apply to your activities on the websites of social networks or other providers that you can reach via the links on our Webpage. Please check the websites of these providers for their data protection regulations.

II. Purposes and legal bases of processing
1. Provision of sports service as well as registration and invoicing related thereto – Motibro account
1.1 Purpose of the processing
Identification of users, verification of your eligibility for the service, provision of application and conclusion of contract services as well as the internet-based user account service that is technically required to provide the service, management of payment duties related to the performance of service fee and contact.
1.2 Who is the data controller and data processor?
Tímea Wölfling certified personal trainer is the data controller of your personal data. The technical support of the use of the sports service is provided by MotiBro Ltd. (headquarters: 4482 Kótaj, Kert utca 1; electronic contact: hello@motibro.com and Szamlazz.hu. – KBOSS.hu Kft. (headquarters: 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7.; electronic contact: info@szamlazz.hu) as well as Billingo Zrt. (headquarters: 1133 Budapest, Arbóc utca 6. I. emelet) as the partners operating the invoicing duties.
1.3 Legal bases of the processing
You are not entitled to participate in the sport services provided by the Service provider without making the application and concluding the contract by accepting the GTC, thus the legal ground is the performance of contractual obligation. The legal basis for the fulfillment of the invoicing obligations related to the use of the services is the fulfillment of the legal obligations.
1.4 Scope of processed data
Your name, username, password, e-mail address, phone number, gender, birth date, age, photo (if you have uploaded yourself), your progress reports (statistics generated from the time and number of hours you visit) and your invoicing data.
1.5 Duration of processing
We will process your personal data until the termination of the contract for the use of the sports service or - in case of successful registration - as long as you maintain your Motibro account. Please note that if you choose to delete your personal information, your Motibro account will be terminated by erasing your personal information recorded therein, however, it does not affect the validity of the contract. The Data Controller processes the invoicing data for 8 years based on its legal duty.
2. Newsletter
2.1 Purpose of the processing
Promotion of the Data controllers’ sports services and raising her awareness.
2.2 Who is the data controller and data processor?
Tímea Wölfling certified personal trainer is the data controller of your personal data. The technical support of sending newsletters is provided by MotiBro Kft.
2.3 Legal bases of the processing
The Data Controller will only process your email address if you have given your prior and explicit consent to the Data Controller in respect of accessing the email address you provide.
2.4 Scope of processed data
Your name and e-mail address.
2.5 Duration of processing
The processing of your data for the purpose of sending a newsletter will begin after you have consented and will continue until you withdraw your consent.
Please be advised that you may withdraw your consent at any time by registered mail sent to the seat of the Data controller or by email to timi@stretchlife.hu without reason or restriction. You can also withdraw your consent at any time in your personal Motibro account.
Please be informed that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
3. Processing your personal data related to health, sports and nutrition in order to create the proper workout plan for you
3.1 Purpose of the processing
Processing your health information about your lifestyle, your eating habits, your sporting habits, and its purpose and history in order to the Data controller will be able to develop an appropriate workout plan for you.
3.2 Who is the data controller and data processor?
Tímea Wölfling certified personal trainer is the data controller of your personal data, data processor is not involved.
3.3 Legal basis of the processing
The Data controller will process your data as set out in the following paragraph after your explicitly consented to such data processing. You can give your consent to the processing of your personal data by checking the appropriate box, which is available on the Website in a specially designed interface for reading and accepting the GTC and this Privacy Notice (“Submit” button).
3.4 Scope of processed data
Your health, your physical condition, any illness you may have, and your sports and eating habits - if you voluntarily brought them to the attention of the Data controller. The Service Provider treats any personal data and information received from the you confidentially, it does not disclose it to third parties, nor use it for advertising, promotion or marketing purposes without your express written consent.
3.5 Duration of processing
Until your consent is revoked, or in the absence of revocation, when the purpose of processing is achieved.
4. Data processing related to browsing on the Webpage
When you visit the Webpage, we store certain information about the browser and operating system you use, the date and time of your visit, the access status, the use of website functions, the search terms you may have entered, the frequency with which you access individual websites, the designation of files accessed, the amount of data transferred, the website from which you accessed our websites and the website which you visit from our websites.
We also store your IP address and the name of your internet service provider for security reasons, in particular to prevent and detect attacks or attempts of fraud on the Webpage.
We only store other personal data if you provide this data, e.g. as part of a registration, a contact form, registration for the sport event and even in these cases only insofar as this is permitted to us on the basis of a consent given by you and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
You are not legally or contractually obliged to make available your personal data. However, it is possible that certain functions of the Webpages depend on the availability of personal data. If you do not make available personal data in these cases, this may result in functions not being available or only being available to a limited extent.
We process the personal data collected when you visit the Webpage in order to operate it in the most convenient manner for your use. The processing is based on our legitimate interest. a, Using of Google Analytics
The Webpage uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The Webpage uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIP()". The IP address is truncated in order to protect your personal data.
Google will use this information on behalf of the Data controller of the Webpage for the purpose of profiling by evaluating your use of the Webpage, compiling reports on website activity for the Data controller and providing the Data controller with other services relating to website activity and internet usage, in particular functions for Google Analytics reports for the service of demographic characteristics and interests. By the use of Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting we can process data resulting from the interest-based advertising pursued by Google and/or data from third parties relating to our advertising audience (e.g. age, gender and interests) in connection with Google Analytics for targeted and optimized advertisement activities, strategies and contents of the Webpage.

This Webpage uses Google Analytics further for an analysis across devices regarding streams of visitors, which is made by use of a user ID. You can deactivate the analysis across devices in your Google customer account under "My data" / "Personal data".
b, Usage-based information (targeting and retargeting)
In order to be able to tailor our online marketing (e.g. banner advertising) on the Webpage of our retargeting partner, Google Ads more specifically to your needs and interests, we use so-called retargeting technologies. Your interest in our products and services is stored in cookies. These cookies are read and used when visiting other websites that work together with Google Ads in order to be able to inform you as focused on your interests as possible. This is done anonymously, i.e. you cannot be identified by retargeting.
This allows us to follow the internet behavior of our users once they have viewed or clicked on a Google ad. Through this, we are able to evaluate the effectiveness of the Google ads for statistical and market research purposes and can thus optimize our advertising measures. When you visit the Webpage, this information is passed on to Google Ads.
The data collected by us is anonymous and gives us no indication of the identity of the user.
If you do not want us and our retargeting partners to collect, store and analyze information about your visit and to tailor banner advertising to your interests, you can object to this at any time with effect for the future (opt-out).

5. Status follow-up – data processing on the social media platforms of the Service provider
We would like to inform you that the Service Provider operates a Facebook and Instagram page called Stretchlife Training.
The personal data published by the visitors on the social media platform is not processed by the Data Controller. Visitors are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of the social networking site.
In case of publishing illegal or offensive content on social networking sites, the Service Provider, as the operator of the site, may exclude the data subject from the site's fans and delete its comments without prior notice.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any violating and illegal data content or comments of the users published on the social networking site. It is also not responsible for any personal data protection errors, malfunctions or changes to the operation of the system.
The Service Provider is entitled to publish a photograph of the data subject on its social media platforms with the consent of the data subject, excluding the category of mass photographs.
The provisions of this section will apply mutatis mutandis to interfaces created on future social networking sites.
6. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to applicable law, as a data subject, you may have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and/or the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR).
a, You may have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is processed, and, where that is the case, to request access to the personal data. The access information includes – inter alia – the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, further that your personal data is processed by the Data controller and/or by a data processor entrusted or instructed by the Data controller. However, this is not an absolute right and the interests of other individuals may restrict your right of access. In such cases, we are obliged to inform you in writing without delay, including of the fact that access is restricted or denied, and of the legal and factual reasons therefor.
You may have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For further copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
b, You may have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you may have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
c, Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you and we must erase such personal data.
d, Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing your personal data. In this case, the respective data will be marked and may only be processed by us for certain purposes.
e, Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you may have the right to transmit those data to another entity without hindrance from us.
f, Right to object
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. e GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or Art. 6 (1) lit f GDPR (data processing on the basis of a balance of interests) on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you object, we can be obligated to no longer process your personal data.
Moreover, if your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. In this case your personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes by us.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
