FLEXIBILITY / STRETCHING CLASSES  

The classes are built from strengthening and active stretching exercises that are safe to execute.  

Unfortunately there is a common misbelief about how to train for flexibility: through pain and "pushing". This is absolutely not true. Active stretching gives you the same results without any injuries, helps you perform  flexibility tricks with your own muscle strength and as an extra, you'll be able to maintain your flexibility longer. 

Classes are open to EVERYONE: for those who dance, do sports at any level and for those who are not exercising regularily. All exercises have many variations therefore can be executed by anyone.

PILATES

Pilates is a wonderful method to develop our body awareness, strengthen our stabilizers and mobilize our bodies in general. 

Many pilates exercises and their variations are included therefore in the flexibility classes - as these prepare our bodies perfectly for the more intense active flexibility drills. 

The pilates group class offers more core strengthening and less intense stretching exercises (in comparison to the flexibility classes).

The exercises in this class have many alterations too, so they can be performed by absolutely anyone.
